Also, if you haven't been baptized since making your decision to follow Jesus, then make sure and connect with someone at church and get baptized, or you can get baptized at one of our Coach Christ Bible Studies as well.  Getting baptized is like the first thing Jesus wants us to do after we believe in Him.

I can't wait to hopefully see you in the future and remember that Jesus loves you, He sees you, and you’re never alone!:-) Keep BELIEVING in Jesus no matter what!!!  So proud of you!!! Keep me posted if you ever need prayer for anything. Stay strong!!!  -Ryan Roberts

BELIEVE

Hey! I'm so proud of the decision you made to BELIEVE in Jesus! Now that you've asked Him to be the Lord of your life, your new life has begun, and it's time to grow into everything God wants you to be.  Here's some steps to help you grow as a new Christian:

1) Repent: try to stop doing the things you asked Jesus to forgive you for. Share your struggles with another Christian and realize that Jesus is always with you. Make it a priority to be at church whenever you can and surround yourself with other strong Christian friends and leaders.

2) Listen to Jesus and talk to Him in Prayer: Read the Bible and start in the book of John and find out what Jesus is like and just try to live and love like He did. Download the Bible.com/app on your phone. I like the ‘New Living Translation’ version. When you pray, start out with the Lord’s Prayer or just talk to God like He’s Your Father because He is. Here’s the Lord’s Prayer:

“Our Father, who art in heaven hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.”

3) Share Jesus with others: invite people to church with you and tell people what God has done in your life. You never know how big of an impact you can make in someone else's life if you just share Jesus with them.

4) Never quit: no matter how hard it gets to live for Jesus, just never give up, and always know that Jesus loves you and He is always with you! Stay strong!

5) Get connected to a strong Christian church!  I go to Milestone Church in Keller and it's amazing, but there are great churches everywhere!  Here's a link to Milestone Church: milestonechurch.com

When you get a chance, check out this youth service called 'elevate' at Milestone Church!  We meet every Wednesday Night at 7pm!  This message below is powerful!
